●According to production order, Cutting Department receives correspondent materials from the storage and checks up the quality & utilization rate of materials, machine, cutting die and if it is transformed & spoiled materials or needs leather spading every 2 hours before cutting. The width & thickness of leather spading are strictly demanded. QC examines the materials according to the demand of sample & working instructor and removes them to the appointed production line after checking the number & binding.
